Flu Shots Available – No Appointment Needed
The CDC report also says that tests of about 120 virus samples show the circulating flu strains seem to be well-matched to this season’s flu vaccine. That’s good news to those who take steps to prevent the flu by getting a flu shot.
Flu shots are available at Prime Care Family Practice. Call to schedule an appointment so we can get you in and out fast or mention getting a flu shot at your appointment.
Prince George Fall Festival Postponed
Due to the rainy weather forecast for our area, the Prince George Fall Harvest Community Event scheduled for Saturday October 3rd has been postponed.
As soon as the new date is set we will post it on our website and the Prime Care Facebook page.

Prime Care New Office
We want to remind all patients that Prime Care Family Practice will be closed Friday, February 7, 2014.
Our new office is almost ready and we are working hard to schedule the move to cause the least amount of disruption to our patients. However, we need to close the PrimeCare office on Friday, February 7th to complete the move.
Please plan ahead as we will be unable to answer phone calls, make appointments, process referrals or prescription refill requests until we re-open on Monday, February 10th.
As of Monday February 10th all appointments will take place in our new office location at 4700 Puddledock Road, Suite 300 Prince George, VA 23875.
Our new office is located just minutes away from our current Colonial Heights office. Thank you and we look forward to debuting our new office soon! Stay tuned for photos and more updates.

Wear Red for Heart Health
February is heart health month, and Friday, February 1 is National Wear Red Day. The physicians and staff at Prime Care Family Practice will be wearing our best red on February 1 in support of heart health. Join us in the effort to bring awareness to heart health!
