Prime Care New Office

We want to remind all patients that Prime Care Family Practice will be closed Friday, February 7, 2014.

Our new office is almost ready and we are working hard to schedule the move to cause the least amount of disruption to our patients.  However, we need to close the PrimeCare office on Friday, February 7th to complete the move.

Please plan ahead as we will be unable to answer phone calls, make appointments, process referrals or prescription refill requests until we re-open on Monday, February 10th.

As of Monday February 10th all appointments will take place in our new office location at 4700 Puddledock Road, Suite 300 Prince George, VA 23875.

Our new office is located just minutes away from our current Colonial Heights office.  Thank you and we look forward to debuting our new office soon!  Stay tuned for photos and more updates.
