Most insurance companies require you to be seen by your primary care physician before obtaining a referral.  We require at least a 48-hour notice to process your referral request.

Emergency and urgent care referral policy

If you have a medical emergency after hours and have been directed to go to the Emergency Room or an Urgent Care Center by one of our providers, please notify our referral coordinator within 48 hours so we can contact your insurance company for authorization.

Please be aware that we cannot obtain retroactive referrals.
